Terms and Conditions

 
The acquisition of the STNE-Feature-Pack (FP) or the acquisition of other services is subject to German law. 

In principle STNE-Feature Pack and other services may only be acquired for anyone that is 18 or older. 

The acquisition of FP or other services through under-aged requires approval of a parent or guardian. The consent is considered granted once the final confirmation is performed for the acquisition of any kind of STNE service.

STNE-Feature-Pack

Whoever acquires STNE-Feature-Pack, acquires the right to use the services (>> Able to look up here <<<) for the paid period of time. 

There is no compensation for loss of assets, data error correction in software or special support. 

The usage of specific features underlies separate provisions, which you agree to when accepting the terms and conditions.

Such a feature can when violated, despite having acquired FP be excluded from its usage.

In case the game fails and is down over a 24 hour period, so will the booked feature pack be extended to compensate for the lost time. This however does not count if the outage is caused by a higher power, it counts if the outage is caused by a prosecuted third party.

With the FP you receive a improved playability and more comfort, but do not receive special influence in the game play, 

of the actions of players or NPC's. Furthermore, there are no claims for the correction of software defects (bugs) or implementation of features. It is not guaranteed that that the features and services of the STNE-Feature-Pack work without errors.

Booked FP - time can not be refunded. 

The FP usage ends with the expiration of the booked running time, so far its is not being extended. 

The account will then automatically resume in terms of a free account.

The Account Reset (Resetting of the player account back to the beginning) has no influence in the running time of the FP.

For the package STNE-Mail we guarantee a 99% fail-safety, for that the terms and conditions are same as for the feature pack.

There is no refund for any money benefits, which are booked for a STNE Feature Pack or STNE-mai!

Special services: (with money purchased "Credits"

Whoever charges his virtual account with money, in other words credits, can use this for the following services: 

Limit upgrading:

Limits that can be upgraded are: colony limit (to a max. of 12 colonies) and ship limits (to a max. of 200 ship slots.)

The upgrading of limits is in no way connected to the feature pack.

The account reset has no influence in the upgrading. (Limit upgrade after reset will still be available.)

When deleting the account all limit upgrades will be lost, there is no reimbursement.

The buying of special buildings:

With credits you are able to build special - otherwise non build-able - buildings.

When a building is being demolished or destroyed there may be no reimbursement.

When the account is reset or deleted there may be no reimbursement.

Buying of special ships:

With credits you are able to buy ships which you are otherwise unable to build.

When demolishing the ship or when it is destroyed there may not be any sort of reimbursement, no matter what may have caused it.

Through game mechanic such as NPC's, radioactive nebula's or bugs, the player may also not claim any sort of reimbursement.

When the account is reset or deleted there may be no reimbursement.

Limit upgrading, and the buying of buildings are excluded from exchanges!

Not excluded from reimbursement are the "Credits", which are available on the virtual account.

A claim for the transferring of virtual money can only be made when:

- the virtual account was charged up with cash benefits.

- a minimum value of 2,01 Euros is available. 

For such a transfer there is a processing fee of 2 Euros, the requested amount is reduced by this amount. 

Negative amounts will not be transferred. 

Payment System:

It is guaranteed that the payment system works without any errors, nor will any amounts of money or booked STNE-Feature Pack be lost due to a error in the software. In order for money amounts to be correctly assigned, a player-id is required to be stated.

Privacy Policy:

It is guaranteed that personal data will be handled in confidence and will not be passed on to a third party.

Personal data includes:
- Login name and password.
- IP-address of the player.
- E-mail address of the player.
- Internet browser-specific information.
- Information on a sent in student identification card.
- Bank account information to credit transfers.
- The address for payment by mail.
- Account information and personal data using a debit card.
- The phone number if paid by call.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Whoever is being charged for bug using, multi-accounting or other violations against the game rule, (>> Able to look up here <<<) has no claim for reimbursement of the virtual account, STNE-Feature Pack, STNE mail or other services, when on the basis of a heavy violation a account is being reset or deleted. 

When accepting the terms and conditions, the player recognizes explicitly and accepts all points in the terms & conditions without any exception.

The consent form is active once a player proceeds to log into the game.

Should the Terms & Conditions go against any current law, so are these points void; however, The effectiveness has no influence in the Terms & Conditions.

Should any point in the Terms & Conditions speak against any current law, so are the Terms & Conditions void - the general rules of the "BGB application" apply.
